Great magazine. Great price. The spring is definitely a little heavier than stock which is a good thing for 8 rounders. However, the ones I purchased would not fully seat with a full 8 rounds in my Colt Competition with the slide closed. No problem with 7 rounds. I'm sure it's just the added spring tension which is acceptable to me as I normally download a round anyway for stored mags. This may resolve with time. They functioned flawlessly and Top Gun shipped incredibly fast.

These are the best magazines I’ve found. I tried two each of Wilson 47, Tripp Cobra, and Shooting Star before Check-Mate. The hybrid feed lips feed wide hollow points, ball, and semi-wad cutters without a problem. I now have 7 of these magazines and they all run without fail.
