Designed for those who have difficulty depressing the grip safety, the Ed Brown extended beavertail with memory grooves aid the shooter in deactivation of the grip safety as well as better aligning your hand to the centerline of the bore with the axis of your forearm for enhanced recoil control. This grip safety features grooves cut into the raised pad of the safety for positive depression, even for those with thin or small hands. *Frame modification required* - Uses a .250 radius cut on the frame centered on the thumb safety pin hole.
