Fit Guide

The Dual Adjustable Curved Trigger is designed to fit both current and older model traditional double action (DA/SA/decocker) P-Series pistols, including:

• X5 All-Round
• P220 (see exception below)
• P226
• P228
• P229
• P227, and others.

These triggers are approximately 10mm wide. At this time, we are not suggesting this trigger for guns equipped with the DAK trigger system.

This trigger may not be fully compatible with California compliant or similar P-Series pistol models equipped with a magazine disconnector, and Grayguns urges caution. We do not recommend deactivating any mechanical safety device.

The Grayguns DA/SA triggers will not fit SIG Pro, P225 / P6, P239, West German P220s, or most SAO models. Most of these triggers are a narrower 8mm width.

The Grayguns custom-designed Strut System fully supports the main spring, reducing friction, spring bowing and fatigue. The design eliminates the typical double action “crunch” felt in OEM pistols. This full system also includes our custom P-Series Master Spring Set, to help reduce your pull weight for full tuning options.

The SIG P-Series Fat Custom Strut System was designed by Bruce Gray to help bring another Grayguns custom gunsmithing service to the drop in parts market.

For more than 40 years Bruce has been modifying factory struts to eliminate the typical double action crunch caused by the sharp edges and tip of the strut.

In his new design, the fat strut fully supports the main spring which reduces friction, spring bowing, and fatigue. The struts are cut using a precision EDM process, hand finished, and heat treated to the proper hardness. Paired with the upgraded strut, is a durable seat machined in-house out of aircraft grade aluminum and anodized. These struts are indestructible and guaranteed for life.

This full system also includes our custom P-Series Master Spring Set, to help reduce your pull weight for full tuning options. Includes 17 pound spring (red) and 19 pound spring (blue).

Fits Sig Sauer P220 and P226 - Stainless

Designed for hard-duty use. Our custom Grayguns SIG Sauer P320 magazine base pads are manufactured from 6061 Aluminum. Professionally finished with MIL-A-8625 Type III anodized coating. Pads go through a glass-beading process to provide a flat-black finish.

The base pad is the same thickness as the OEM SIG base pad. A relief cut on the sides enhances malfunction drills, and allows for effective one-handed reloads using the belt or holster.

The cut mirrors the normal P320 module’s and creates a cut for the X-Series modules.

Each pad features a 3-by-5 matrix. Number your mags using a Sharpie or paint pen. Additional space is available to write your initials.

• This the Extended Version Designed for the full-size magazine in a XSeries with the magwell. Also works with 21-round magazines and fits the standard P320.

Note: These base pads are compatible with new SIG P320 magazines with the square pegs.

Designed with the masters at Hogue, our grips use a miniature version of the highly popular “Piranha” texture. This custom texture is 40 percent more aggressive than standard grips while being smooth enough to carry. These grips provide the form and function you’ve come to expect from Grayguns.

The custom-designed Grayguns Short Reset Trigger (SRT) Kit incorporates SIG Sauer’s Safety Lever – with permission – and is designed to provide a smooth, short action reset in a drop in kit. The kit reduces the trigger reset travel by about 70 percent*, when using one of our dual adjustable triggers.

The really special part of this kit is the Bruce Gray designed custom sear. It is a bar-stock steel component, classically machined, painstakingly cut and inspected. The sear is hand-finished for the best angle of engagement and release with the factory hammer. The part is heat treated and stoned to provide a very smooth surface. We follow up with a baked-in nickel PTFE coating for a smooth release and outstanding durability.
