The R7 MAKO is Kimber's first polymer framed, striker fired, high-capacity, subcompact handgun. The Amethyst Ultra II is a striking personal defense pistol that combines dynamic style with a host of performance-enhancing features. Chambered in 9mm with a 3" barrel, aluminum frame, stainless slide with Amethyst purple PVD coating. 3-dot tritium night sights, thin purple and black ball-milled G10 grips and fitted with a match grade aluminum 4-5lbs trigger. Magazine capacity is 8RD's.

Continuing to the frame, we added Stiplex inspired serrations in both the front strap and G10 grips to ensure positive retention in any situation. Also, included are upgraded TRUGLO TritiumPro sights and a 7-round extended magazine. We topped this off with our patented KimPro II finish on the frame and an Ferritic Nitrocarburizing (FNC) slide to ensure long lasting durability. The Custom shop was designed in collaboration between our engineers and gunsmiths to provide the ultimate choice for concealed carry. The EVO SP (CS) ships with two 7 round magazines.
