The Wilson Combat Tactical Ambidextrous Thumb Safety will allow your 1911 Auto to be operated with either the right or left hand. This is an essential feature for left handed shooters, but has many other uses including combat competition. Both levers are extended and serrated with the left side being slightly wider than the right. Minor fitting required. Blued finish. |

Thumb safety was easy to install with minor Gunsmithing. The safety works fine and the ledges are easily activated or deactivated on the safety. One side of the safety is slightly sharp and may need to be rounded off with a file. Otherwise good piece to add to any 1911 project.
