We grind the outside dimensions and ALL three interior dimensions of our carrier, giving our BCGs a near frictionless surface finish. The polished nickel boron coating is applied by the industry leading plater, WMD. The NiB-X coating provides a very slick surface that makes for easier cleaning and increases reliability. Containing the bolt, the firing pin, extractor and various other small parts, the bolt carrier group must be maintained in order for your rifle to continue running well.
