Nice stainless accent, but functions fine. I purchased two to replace the plastic guide rod that for some reason was in my P220.

The description is spot on “fat” it will take all of the clearance in the hole through the slide to fit .

Works very well. I have one of these in my P226 and my P227, and it seems to keep the muzzle down a bit more than the hollow stock guide rod. I used to have a Tungsten rod in my P220, and I really liked that but have been unable to find one for the P226/P227.
