The P320 Competition Adjustable Straight Trigger System is intended for installation by an armorer, gunsmith or skilled individual who is familiar with the P320 fire control unit.

These custom Grayguns HDU magazine base pads have been built for military and law enforcement use. Designed to be repeatedly dropped on concrete or asphalt hundreds of times, they are a perfect upgrade for the OEM plastic base pads.

Also appropriate for competition and shooting enthusiasts looking for a quality, durable upgrade.

Backwards compatible with all versions of P320 modules, including the standard and xSeries with or without the extended magwell installed.

• This is the Standard Version – Designed for the XSeries without the magwell. Also works with the P320 module.

Note: These base pads are compatible with new SIG P320 magazines with the square pegs.

Brass Base Pads are perfect for competitors looking to add weight to their pistol. As compared to our 6061 Aluminum pads with anodized coating for the P320, P226 or VP9/P30 the Brass Base Pads are significantly heavier; more than triple the weight.

The SIG P-Series Dual Adjustable Straight Trigger is the straight-faced version of our legendary curved P-Series Dual Adjustable Trigger. This trigger includes over travel and pre-travel adjustability. (Adjustable for double action slack and single action over travel.)

The optimized trigger face pressure-wall angle provides for outstanding single action sear release and positive, ultra-fast reset control. The ergonomics provides superior double action leverage and control.

Dual Adjustable Straight Trigger Details

This trigger is machined from tough steel. The trigger is carefully heat treated and finished in black oxide. Tight pin hole tolerances assure smooth, solid function. Guaranteed for life against defects in materials or workmanship.

Fit Guide

The trigger is designed to fit both current and older model traditional double action (DA/SA/decocker) P-Series pistols, including

• X5 All-Round
• P220 (see exceptions below)
• P226
• P228
• P229
• P227 and others

These triggers are approximately 10mm wide. At this time, we are not suggesting this trigger for guns equipped with the DAK trigger system.

This trigger may not be fully compatible with California compliant or similar P-series pistol models equipped with a magazine disconnector, and Grayguns urges caution. We do not recommend deactivating any mechanical safety device.

The Grayguns DA/SA triggers will not fit SIG Pro, P225 / P6, P239, West German P220s, or most SAO models. Most of these triggers are a narrower 8mm width

The Grayguns custom-designed Strut System fully supports the main spring, reducing friction, spring bowing and fatigue. The design eliminates the typical double action “crunch” felt in OEM pistols. This full system also includes our custom P-Series Master Spring Set, to help reduce your pull weight for full tuning options.

The SIG P-Series Fat Custom Strut System was designed by Bruce Gray to help bring another Grayguns custom gunsmithing service to the drop in parts market.

For more than 40 years Bruce has been modifying factory struts to eliminate the typical double action crunch caused by the sharp edges and tip of the strut.

In his new design, the fat strut fully supports the main spring which reduces friction, spring bowing, and fatigue. The struts are cut using a precision EDM process, hand finished, and heat treated to the proper hardness. Paired with the upgraded strut, is a durable seat machined in-house out of aircraft grade aluminum and anodized. These struts are indestructible and guaranteed for life.

This full system also includes our custom P-Series Master Spring Set, to help reduce your pull weight for full tuning options. Includes 17 pound spring (red) and 19 pound spring (blue).

The custom-designed Grayguns Short Reset Trigger (SRT) Kit incorporates SIG Sauer’s Safety Lever – with permission – and is designed to provide a smooth, short action reset in a drop in kit. The kit reduces the trigger reset travel by about 70 percent*, when using one of our dual adjustable triggers.

The really special part of this kit is the Bruce Gray designed custom sear. It is a bar-stock steel component, classically machined, painstakingly cut and inspected. The sear is hand-finished for the best angle of engagement and release with the factory hammer. The part is heat treated and stoned to provide a very smooth surface. We follow up with a baked-in nickel PTFE coating for a smooth release and outstanding durability.

User feedback indicates many shooters find their follow-up shots are quicker and more accurate with the Grayguns SRT Kit installed in their SIG DA/SA pistols. (See our Fit Guide below.)

The Grayguns SRT Kit fits modern, SIG Sauer P-Series DA/SA pistols including: P220, P228, P229, P226, P226 X-Five Allround, P227 and most obsolete versions.

Bruce Gray combined the best of both worlds when he designed what we know as the hybrid trigger.

The unique face allows the shooter can take advantage of finger placement lower on the face, with the comfort of a traditional curved face. This hybrid design reduces trigger weight while preserving all mechanical safety values.

The Grayguns P320 Hybrid Trigger uses internal leverage changes to yield superior trigger pull, while supporting the voluntary upgrade’s enhanced reliability and rough handling performance qualities.
